    科研成果

    一、主要研究?jī)?nèi)容

      主要從事水產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)調(diào)控與鑒定研究,圍繞水產(chǎn)品食品安全、品質(zhì)提升、高品質(zhì)種質(zhì)創(chuàng)制開(kāi)展工作。形成了以下三個(gè)研究方向:

    1. 監(jiān)測(cè)水產(chǎn)品風(fēng)險(xiǎn)物質(zhì),挖掘其抗積累分子靶標(biāo)并闡明機(jī)制;

    2. 研發(fā)水產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)提升的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),開(kāi)發(fā)基于品質(zhì)鑒定的精準(zhǔn)甄別技術(shù);

    3. 挖掘特征品質(zhì)相關(guān)分子靶標(biāo),發(fā)掘及創(chuàng)制高品質(zhì)水產(chǎn)品新種質(zhì)。
